The borrower has the option of using a refinancing loan. Refinancing occurs after the Borrower pays the appropriate amount for using the service depending on the amount of the refinanced loan and the date for which the refinancing is to be made. The full refinancing cost is available after logging into the Customer Area.

Interest for late payment of the loan is calculated twice the amount of statutory interest for delay specified in art. 481 § 2 (1) of the Civil Code, i.e. twice the sum of the reference rate of the National Bank of Poland and 5.5 percentage points. In the event of a change resulting from a change in the amount of interest referred to in Article 481 of the Civil Code, the Lender will inform the Borrower about this change immediately after it occurs.

The borrower will be called to pay the outstanding amounts by phone, sending an SMS, email or written request for payment. The costs associated with the delay are in accordance with the Framework Agreement concluded with the Lender via Edwin Drood. The Borrower will be charged with the costs of seeking the return of the Loan in court.

In the event of the joint fulfillment of the conditions specified in Article 14 or 16 or 17 of the Act of 9 April 2010 on the provision of economic information and the exchange of economic data (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 530, as amended) in the event of the loan being not repaid or delays in repayment The Lender may transfer information on the Borrower’s obligations to Economic Information Bureaus, which may affect the borrower’s creditworthiness. The Borrower’s data is transferred to the Economic Information Bureaus on the basis of a written agreement on the provision of economic information concluded by the Lender with the Economic Information Bureau and based on the provisions of Chapter 3 of the Act on the provision of economic information and the exchange of economic data.

The entity competent for out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from the contract concluded between the consumer and the Lender is the Financial Ombudsman.

The administrator of personal data processed for the purpose of granting a loan and performing the loan agreement is the Lender: Lite Lender with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Ho┼╝ej 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw, KRS number 0000600780. Depending on the voluntary consent to marketing activities, as well as in connection with the implementation of the loan agreement, the Borrower’s data will be disclosed to the Lender’s authorized business partners.

Providing data by the Borrower is voluntary. Each person has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions and their transfer. Each person has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection and to object to the processing of his personal data. Every person has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of marketing and processing based on automated decision making in this profiling.
